Frequently Asked Questions

  • We deliver to all Liverpool postcodes Tuesday - Saturdays. Standard delivery is £7 and will usually be delivered in the afternoon, though we can’t give delivery times.

    If ordering a bunch of flowers (delivered without water) we cannot be held accountable for flowers which have been left out of water once delivered. This may mean double checking with the recipient that someone will be home to accept the delivery.

    We can deliver to surrounding areas of Liverpool (Southport, Wirral, Birkenhead, Wigan, Cheshire etc) for special occassions, we ask that you contact us first and select the £15. delivery option when ordering.

  • If you are dissatisfied with your order please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a delivery of replacement of flowers, or a refund where suitable.
